As part of our holistic workplace health promotion program ‘move on BOARD’ we proudly present our online health training video series.

All exercises are designed to improve strength, endurance and mobility, as well as mental fitness and regeneration, to actively counter strains arising from daily work routines on board.

How does it work?

  1. Choose your program of the day
  2. Start the video and follow the instructions

We recommend that you use the move on board health programs at least twice per week in order to maintain health effects and continuously make progress. Save the video file for offline use by right click on download button and select "save target as ..."
