As part of our holistic workplace health promotion program ‘move on BOARD’ we proudly present our online health training video series.
All exercises are designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility and mental fitness, to actively counter strains arising from daily work routines on board.
How does it work?

- Start the video and follow the instructions
We recommend that you exercise at least twice per week in order to maintain health effects and continuously make progress. Save the video file for offline use by right click on download button and select "save target as ..."
